2. No Physical Returns
Since we deal exclusively in digital services, there are no physical goods to return. Instead, this policy focuses on refund eligibility for our services.
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Duplicate Payment: If you are charged twice for the same service, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate payment.
- Service Not Delivered: If a service is not delivered within the agreed timeline due to reasons solely attributable to 360 Digital Hunt, and you choose not to proceed further, you may request a refund.
- Cancellation Before Project Start: If you cancel your order before we begin work, you may be eligible for a partial refund after deducting administrative charges.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Services already delivered or partially completed.
- Delays caused by the client’s unresponsiveness or failure to provide required materials.
- Change of mind after the project has started.
- Unsatisfactory results due to factors beyond our control (e.g., changes in search engine algorithms, ad platform policies).
5. Refund Process
- Submit your refund request in writing to enquiry@360digitalhunt.com within 7 days of service delivery or payment.
- Include your invoice number, payment proof, and the reason for your request.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
